With over twenty years of experience she is a highly skilled practitioner with a warm caring style, and very gentle.

I am a qualified, registered dental hygienist, graduating from Otago Polytechnic in the inaugural New Zealand class of 1995. Over the course of my career I have worked in both general dental and specialist periodontal practices. I am passionate about working with patients to “transform” their mouths, and believe in a holistic approach. In Dr Jake's practice I am his support person. My role is to assist you in creating a healthy mouth, free of active gum disease.

This is achieved through education, home care and scaling and root planning the plaque and calculus from your teeth. If required, we also offer a disinfection program; this is exclusive to Total Health Dentistry. Outside of my dental hygiene practice I am also a wife, and mother of two beautiful children. If I do manage to find some spare time I am likely to be walking, reading or catching up over coffee with friends.
